Employment Connection: Breaking Down Barriers to Self-SufficiencyEmployment Connection believes that every client has the same ability and desire to be self-sufficient, even clients who face significant barriers like homelessness, justice involvement, military service, unmet mental or health care needs, or a lack of education, childcare, or transportation. Offering more than just a job, Employment Connection provides our clients will a full set of tools including supportive services, training, and relationships to overcome their barriers, empowering and inspiring them to achieve their goals through living-wage employment. This holiday season, we want to raise $90,000 to help 45 additional clients in 2021!
